Richard Dynes, a long time resident of North
County has returned. He is now in business at Prudential Hallmark
Realty in Paso Robles. Richard is a native Californian raised
in the Monterey Bay area, in the town of Watsonville. He raised
three children in Garden Farms, south Atascadero. All three
children graduated from Atascadero High School and two of
them are raising their children here in Paso Robles and the
other in Guntersville, Alabama. Richard worked many years
as conductor on the Southern Pacific Railroad and was locomotive
engineer and roadmaster on the Santa Maria Valley Railroad,
before entering the Real Estate Business. He enjoys local
concerts, photography and playing his guitar. What he loves
most about this business is obtaining the maximum selling
price for the Sellers and finding that "just right property"
