Gary Brown

Gary started working in real estate as an appraiser in 2002. He moved to Paso Robles in 2003 and started Richway Appraisal. Later that year Gary and his wife DeeDee opened We Olive in downtown Paso Robles. We Olive became very successful as a stand alone store so Gary and DeeDee decided to take the store national by offering franchises. In 2005 they received the license to franchise the store and they began to grow. There are currently eight stores in California, two corporate stores and six franchise stores. During this time Richway Appraisal was still a thriving company and Gary was still very involved in real estate. In 2009 Gary and DeeDee sold controlling interest in We Olive to their partners so that Gary and DeeDee could pursue other interests. Gary's other interest was to expand his real estate career. Gary got his real estate salesperson license in January, 2010 and began working for Prudential Hallmark Realty in Paso Robles. Gary brings a lot of real estate experience with him and also a fun attitude that makes him an asset to the Prudential Hallmark team.
