Dave Williams

Dave Williams is a sixth generation Californian and a third generation Realtor. He started his career in Real Estate as an Appraiser. He has also been called upon many times to serve as an Expert Witness in real estate matters. Dave received his real estate license in 1965 and his real estate Brokers license in 1970. For 30 years Dave and his clients bought, developed farms and avocado and citrus groves in San Diego County. Five years ago Dave moved to the North County. Dave has assisted his clients in investing property, mostly vacant land and ranches, in the North County area. Dave would love to help you own property in the beautiful North County area of San Luis Obispo.
